The house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including one master bedrooms with walk-in closet spacious open plan living area offers seating for a large family and relaxing garden views. Slide open your patio doors onto your own private lanai where you will find plenty of seating. The pool terrace surrounds your private heated pool with plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs.
All furniture is new. The living room seating includes a 3 piece-suite, with a 3 seater sofa and 2 single seaters chairs, as well as 1 recliner.The dining table can comfortably seat 6 diners, the pool table can seat up to 6 people in addition, the sun deck surrounding the private pool includes further sun loungers, tables and chairs.
The kitchen is furnished with a range of facilities including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, etc. Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
