5 Bedroom Villa in Mijas, Malaga
Unique Arabic style villa with party room/disco. Situated between La Cale de Mijas and Fuengirola on Spain’s Costa del Sol. A quiet urbanisation with a bar/restaurant called Frog &co as it’s hub.
We have four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. A further fifth bedroom on the first floor has the use of the downstairs shower room. One bedroom / en suite is on the ground floor should anyone have difficulty with stairs.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with the usual crockery and such things as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer microwave and cooker/hob.
The large curvaceous lounge/dining room leads to the outside terrace and private pool with ample seating and Sun loungers. The sun is on the terrace all day long just what’s needed for a beautiful suntan. A BBQ is available for your use.
The disco/party room has its own bar with music and karaoke for you to enjoy some fun evenings.
The nearest beach is at the bottom of the urb. And is accessed by a tunnel under the road or a bridge. The beach runs for miles in both directions with many beach bars. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa and many in Fuengirola and La Cala. See our handbook at the villa.
For golf lovers El Chaparral Golf club is just around the corner and there are many other golf courses not too far away.
The owners have an apartment on site and are available to meet and greet and assist at any time. Please note they do not share any of your facilities only the front gate.
A welcome pack is provided as is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and hairdryers. Beach towels as well as the usual bed linen and towels are also provided. There is no extra charge for this but it will mean you will have a little extra space in your suitcase.
Check in time 4pm. (if you arrive outside of these times arrangements can be made for you to leave your suitcases.)
