The country house has 5000m2 of landscape, distributed in exclusive spaces that combine in perfect harmony, all the advantages of maximum comfort, with the peace that inspires the natural environment.
Almijan Alegria with South Orientation has a main building with two floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and an independent house with its bedroom, dressing room and bathroom.
Outside, the swimming pool constituted the jewel of the complex, with a large Caribbean-designed pool that connects the homes through a landscaped area with tropical vegetation.
Throughout this area there is a porch and a terrace with 2 outdoor dining rooms, a big barbecue, a bar and kitchenet and various chillout area with a beautiful fountain.
The entire perimeter of the houses, pool and outdoor areas have wifi band.
