Charming country house with three bedrooms, located just 2.8 km from the fine sandy Pau Pi beach. A two-hectare farm with its own water, a large garden and a 9x9x1.5m irrigation water pond surrounded by a pine forest and orange plantations. This typical building of the area is distributed over two floors. On the main floor there is a large 37m2 porch, the kitchen, the dining room, the double bedroom with a 150cm bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with two 90cm beds each.
Inside the enclosure you can park up to 2 vehicles. If you want to bring your pet, you can do so for a supplement of €50 each up to a maximum of two allowed.
