The Space:
This very exclusive beach front holiday home with 10 bedrooms & two pools has been designed to maximize outdoor living. It is one of those properties with Andalusian character and vacation vibes that our clients appreciate. The amount of vegetation that is integrated into the house is truly impressive, with parrots flying from one tree to another and exotic plants.
Located right in front of the beach, it enjoys a sea breeze at all hours of the day. With direct access to the Marbella promenade, a few meters from several of the best-known beach restaurants such as Marbella Beach Club, Trocadero and Milla. You can't ask for more to spend a family vacation.
The plot is very big like a villa resort but the house is really cozy. It has a primary master suite with living room. Another bedroom with queen size bed connected to a children's room in the main house. Two other separate rooms has an independent entrance and a apartment next to the second pool.
