Location

This small farmhouse in the Chianti area has been totally renovated in accordance with the typical Tuscan style. Its central location makes it an ideal start point for excursions as it allows easy access to cities such as Florence (27 Km), Siena (35 Km) and San Gimignano (25 Km) along with pretty little Chianti towns like Castellina, Greve, Radda and Gaiole. From the hill where the property is located you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings and beautiful sunsets. The complex consists of 2 buildings overlooking a courtyard, for a total of 10 apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons (one with access for persons with disabilities).
There are apartments of various types, most with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. The lovely swimming pool overlooking the garden, the common terraces with tables, chairs, umbrellas and deck chairs, the hall with table tennis table and the covered terrace will make your stay more pleasant.

Interior
This apartment has an area of 90 sqm and it is located on the ground floor. The apartment is ideal for up to 6 persons. The guests can enjoy their staying in this comfortable accommodation which includes a living room, a dining room with a sofa bed for children under 12 years old, 3 double bedrooms (one has a high window). Inside, each room has a TV and a private bathroom with shower (for a total of 3 bathrooms). There is also a fully-equipped kitchen. The guests can enjoy pleasant moments of their holiday at the private terrace furnished with table, chairs, parasols and at the swimming pool.
