Beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa. with swimming pool, on street parking. Located just off the strip, Old Town, and Oura Beach.Villa Collum has a fully integrated open plan kitchen / living space, bathrooms, and modern furniture.
Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.
All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that provides most essential items).
The living room has seating for 8 guests and dining room also seats 6. The outside dining area has a further chairs that can be used either inside or outside to accommodate larger groups.

Fully fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, large fridge /freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, microwave, cutlery, plates and cooking utensils provided.
Dining Room:
Features hard wood extendable dining table with six chairs. When extended extra chairs can be added from the patio.

Benefits from comfortable sofas coffee table, & LED TV which features many English, Portuguese and international channels & with double patio doors leading to pool area and shady outside seating area.

Bedroom 1: – Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Uses house bathroom or neighbouring en-suites.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds with fitted wardrobe & en suite shower room.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds with fitted wardrobe & en suite shower room.
Bedroom 4: Double bed, fitted wardrobes & en suite shower room.
There is a cloakroom located next to bedroom 4 benefitting from toilet & w.c.

Bedroom 5: Features three single beds & fitted wardrobe with access to roof terrace.
Next to this there is a full house bathroom featuring bath with shower, bidet, w.c. & vanity unit.
Bedroom 6: Located in the lower ground floor, and has a wardrobe, window and is air conditioned - Uses either house bathroom or shares an en suite.
You can have a relaxing family holiday or a day of golf, sightseeing, activities on the beach or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of local wine. The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants is only 20 mins drive away.

BBQ is easily accessible near the main sliding doors that lead to the swimming pool. Villa Collum is ideal for any social event. It is close to Villa Century, Casa Juliana, Villa Sete for large groups that wish to be close to each other.
