This beautiful holiday home 'Villa Paula' is located in the urbanization ´Puente Don Manuel´ near Vinuela and the coast. With mountain views and walking distance to bars/restaurants. Private pool, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, IPTV.
Located about 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The villa is about 15 minutes from the beach and is easily accessible with parking in front of the door.
The villa has an area of approximately 100 m2 and a beautiful view over the mountains. On the terrace is a swimming pool (8m x 4m x (90-170cm) with a solar shower and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The views are even more appealing from the spacious partly covered roof terrace. A gas and normal barbecue are available. Enough shade can be found on the veranda with the lounge set.
The property is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and parking for several cars. One car can be parked within the property.
Two bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Semi-open kitchen with all amenities. IPTV in the living room, with fireplace and air conditioning. WIFI.
The living room has a 3 and a 2 seater sofa, a fireplace and air conditioning. There is a bluetooth speaker set to connect your music. The folding dining table is also in the living room.Through the open plan lounge/dining room with french doors there is access to a large covered terrace.
The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped: 4 zones gas hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, all cooking utensils and ample cupboard space.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and spacious fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.
In bedroom 2 an extra bed can be pleased for a fifth guest.
Bathroom 1 with shower cabin is ensuite to bedroom 1
Bathroom 2 has a shower/tub combination.
The necessary linen is provided in each room (sheets, (beach) towels).
A baby cot can be placed on request.
A washing machine is also available.
