The villa is tastefully furnished with modern design furniture and is situated in a hilly and quiet residential area. Close to a well stocked supermarket, with fresh bakery, butcher and fish, opened 7 days a week. The villa is close to the gorgeous historic center of Altea and Altea beaches are at 3 km distance. Villajoyosa and Benidorm with beautiful wide sandy beaches and a lot of amusement and liveliness are at a 15 minutes drive. Even closer are the stoned beaches of sophisticated Albir as well as the sandy beaches of the fishing village Calpe. The villa has 3 bedrooms (each with ceiling fan) and a 4th bedroom is connected to one of the bedroom(with ceiling fan), 2 modern bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, spread over 2 levels. Each level has its own living area with separate TV (satellite and cable) and each equiped with design ceiling fans. On the main level you will find a fully equiped kitchen. The whole villa has internet (wifi).
Casamar is surrounded by a tiled garden with several seating areas and loungechairs, palmtrees and oleanders and a view on the mountains. From the large terrace you can admire the seaview, rock of Calpe and Altea Hills. It includes a garage and you can park more cars within the fences when desirable.
