Positive: The hotel stay rate is affordable, and the rooms are new. The sea is clean. After each request, the staff tried to be helpful.

Negative: The service at the hotel still clearly requires improvement. The hotel took up to two days to respond to simple requests. I had to send the same flight details three times for the boat transfer. Upon check-in, they mixed up the room type for one of our rooms. I ordered a buggy through the app from the restaurant back to our villa. No one responded at all, and they only sent it 2.5 hours later. I also asked the reception to book a restaurant for lunch; they confirmed it was done, but when we arrived there was no reservation. Three different staff members had to look into it one after another. At the restaurant, the waiter took our order, and I even repeated it myself to avoid mistakes, yet they still forgot the only salad we ordered. There is no house reef near the shore since the island is artificial. The hotel could organize reasonably priced snorkeling trips to nearby reefs, but a 10-minute boat ride costs about $75 per person for just 20 minutes of snorkeling, which feels excessive. Overall, restaurant prices on the island, including taxes and service charges, seem overpriced compared to the quality and variety of the food. What was especially surprising is that twice during the week the hotel organized loud DJ parties with heavy bass music until 11:30 pm right behind the two-story villas. This is a family-concept hotel where most guests travel with children and go to sleep early, so this felt completely inappropriate and inconsiderate.
