Summary: AC noises kept us up all night. They charged extra for parking, above the already expensive room rate. Did not offer coffee for guests except if you wanted to pay extra for it! Lack of staff on premises. Could not find anyone to help me whenever I went to the lobby. Nobody responded to the texts which was how we were told we would get a response.
