The location of the apartment is perfect as it’s just 10 min walk from the old Medina, market as well as from the beach. All the best restaurants, cafe are located near by, you will have no problem with a taxies;)
Residential complex itself is situated on the large inner square with access to the restaurants, coffee shops with local and international cuisine and also to supermarket Marjane ( which located under the square).
Inside the residential complex you will find a private swimming pool (which is open only during the summer).
Train station is just 10 min away by taxi, city port is 5 min by taxi, airport is about 20-30 min.
