Puerto Banus and sandy beaches are only some five minutes drive away and four major golf courses within ten minutes. It is located in a very calm and quiet area without any traffic noise - relaxing and energizing.
The 489 sqm villa offers a courtyard entrance that leads straight into a double-sided hallway into the charming lounge with an open log fireplace. You continue through the lounge on the large, covered, furnished terrace, overlooking the large heated pool with children-proof cover. Olive, palm and fruit trees and a very green environment are surrounding the 1. 891 sqm plot. The terrace and pool area are indeed private with no neighbours 'or by-passers' view into this area.
