Fantastic Location !! - Front line 3 bedroom beach villa with large green garden overlooks Cala Capitan beach , sea & the Island Rock of Cala Capitan. There is only a 5 meter wide promenade separating you from the ocean, so you are right on the water front , you can almost touch the sea. The villa is located in the residential “La Isla” in Cabo Roig, a secure gated complex with a nice size communal swimming pool, communal gardens and off street parking for 1 car . The villa is only 1 minute walk to Cala Capitan beach and 2 minutes walk to La Zenia beach. The villa will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The villa is an older style property with some basic style furniture. On the ground floor is a kitchen with all main appliances inc dishwasher, ground floor Bathroom, dining room and separate lounge area, both areas have doors leading to the terrace and garden area. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have great sea views from the windows, fall asleep listening to the ocean !. The best part of the villa is the large rear garden area with those amazing sea and beach views, there is a terrace with umbrella and dining table and chairs ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner plus outdoor sofa seating with awning for shade, 4 sun beds to relax and enjoy the views . At the bottom of the garden there is more seating + dining area , plus a new mini bar facing the sea! , perfect place to sit and enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down, The villa also has a portable small charcoal BBQ, music system, Spanish digital smart TV, WIFI Internet , DVD PLayer. All you need within 5 to 15 minutes walk inc some good local restaurants , cafes , supermarket , shops, bank, pharmacy etc
2018 Update - new windows and doors installed throughout the villa , new fridge freezer, new mini dishwasher , new shower, all rooms painted white
Update 2021 r- new bathroom downstairs with shower , new sofa seating for outdoor terrace , new reading corner sofa in garden, new outside shower in garden, new window in kitchen ,
cabo roig beach pathway (the property overlooks this) has been reformed with new fence , new lights, new bench seating areas

The villa is located right on the beach front in the “La Isla” complex in Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig, a secure gated complex with a nice size communal swimming pool, communal gardens and parking for 1 car (possible 2 cars as parking spaces always available). The villa is 1 minute walk to Cala Capitan beach and 2 minutes walk to La Zenia beach with easy access to the services of Cabo Roig and also from La Zenia
Many good local restaurants, (closest is Chez Philip), cafes , supermarket , shops, bank etc within 5 - 10 minutes walk. La Zenia Hotel is less than 4 minutes walk, superb local beaches with great facilities, long promenades and pretty seaside walkways all on your doorstep.
We have 2 international airports, Alicante and Murcia within a 55 minute drive.
