Positive: The apartment is large, with three rooms (6 single beds), one living room with TV and sofas, one large kitchen, one wash room. There is an available automatic washing machine, also a big clothes rack for drying clothes. The price is good, and location is good, near city center, and quiet. Wifi works very well, there is a independent router from China. If you use it for viewing website, checking info online, it is definitely fast enough for you. But if you work online, with large files uploading or downloading, it could be difficult. But maybe it is because the location itself the signal is not good enough ( because at ground floor and next to it there are other buildings). Waleed, the owner, is really helpful, and hospitable. If you need anything in Marsa Alam, he is always trying to help. Also he knows everything in Marsa alam, if you need info, just ask him. He replied mag always very fast, thanks Waleed a lot!

Negative: The apartment is located at ground floor, with windows, but the windows direction don't have much sunshine and the air wasn't good like upstairs, but still ok, no bad smell. Just if you think the air flow is important, maybe is not perfect. Outside the apartment is part unfinished, but it is safe and have space to walk. The bed is clean, but the kitchen and wash room and floor can be improved. Wearing shoes inside feels ok, but bare foot might feel not that comfortable. The table in the living room was broken, they used tape to fix it, but it didn't work well. Some glass suddenly fell, it was dangerous.
