Summary: A very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. We were able to check in early (they did charge us a fee for that, however), but it fit our timeline of what we were trying to do that afternoon with sightseeing. We took showers to wash off the 24 hours of traveling and left the hotel. When we returned, the water to our room wasn't working for some reason. I called down to reception and they immediately sent someone up, who fidgeted with a couple of faucet handles above the shower and then stated it was fixed. My wife then went to take another shower and only the hot water was working. So I called down again to reception and the very nice young gentleman who we had been dealing with all day came to the room to try to fix it, but was unsuccessful. So he moved us into another room, next to our first one. We moved our stuff and settled in. We slept well and went down for breakfast. The young gentleman called us a taxi to take us to the cruise port and we left the hotel. This employee was outstanding and an asset to the business. I wish I would have remembered his name!
