Travel Purpose: business

Positive: excellent customer service when calling the front desk during check in and when calling them from the room because I needed help with the bathtub or needing a refill on something as simple as extra coffee creamer. I told them when booking that I would be celebrating my business anniversary there and they left the sweetest surprise for me which brought me to happy tears. truly an amazing experience with their customer service. the room was clean, facilities beautiful and up to date. I also love that they text us with activities going on throughout the hotel! overall 10/10 experience
