This luxury villa is brand new and finished in very high ends, built on a large private 550sqm plot with a large 10X4m swimming pool. It has a lot of outside area and a solarium with breathtaking views on Benidorm skyline and the sea which is quite unique. The property is decorated with a lot of taste and comes with brand new high quality furniture, full equipment and very comfortable mattresses. When it comes to proximity the villa is very close to everything 3 KMS walking distance / bus / taxi or car rental to the shopping centre of La Marina, all commercial centres and the TRAM that goes 24/7 in July/August to Alicante in one way, and all the way and up to Denia on the other side ! The Costa Blanca North offers many beautiful beaches to discover and typical villages such as Altea, Villajoyosa, and Guadalest so I highly recommend renting a car to enjoy the region. The nearest beaches are Playa Cala Finestrat or Playa Poniente, which are 4kms away so as the old town of Benidorm. You will not be finding such a luxury property closer to those places where you can enjoy the real Spanish lifestyle and some quietness and privacy.
