There are 3 bedrooms, a double master with ensuite shower. the second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a family full bathroom. The decor of the villa fits a luxury lifestyle. The villa enjoys full central air conditioning as well.
Outside you have the private pool, sunloungers to enjoy and upstairs a huge solarium to sit and enjoy the evening stars or relax in the day. There is also a BBQ for those wishing to try some outdoor cooking. In all this is an amazing villa and perfect for a family holiday in Spain
You are about a 20 minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza full of restaurants and bars and in the summer you may even see some headline music stars. The plaza has a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well known restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!
