No 53 is set in an old olive grove of more than 100 olive trees arranged across ancient terraces restanques which have been landscaped to create a beautiful and tranquil garden surrounding the villa. There are spectacular views of the hinterland and Bay of Cannes which can be enjoyed from the living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, the pool, petanque court and most of the garden.
We believe that No 53 provides the best of both worlds, old and new, the villa itself was built in a traditional style, and we undertook a complete back to bricks renovation which was completed in 2016. Consequently we have high tech water filtration both for the house and the pool, quiet reverse cycle A/C, great wifi coverage all round the house and also the pool area. But at the same time, we have furnished the villa with a mixture of antique and modern furniture plus there are many original art works on the walls. The villa is kept in immaculate condition and is equipped to the highest standard with everything necessary to make guests feel at home and comfortable, including English to French multi-adapters in each bedroom and a very generous number of sockets throughout.
