The villa has a large living room with fantastic fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, microwave and convection oven, high ceilings so you get a very spacious effect. At full height double sliding doors to the private terrace and the private swimming pool.
There are sunbeds at the private pool and a large terrace with table and chairs for 8 people for fine outdoor dining.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a beautiful ensuite luxury bathroom with shower and is located on the ground floor and also has sliding doors to the terrace.
There is also a second beautiful bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a second bedroom with two single beds.
On the first floor are 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds and the third luxury bathroom with shower.
At the top of the stairs is a door that leads to the huge roof terrace with stunning views over the city and the sea.
