Driving is the easiest way to explore Malibu from this location. The property offers a private gated driveway, 3-car garage, guest parking, and easy access to Pacific Coast Highway.
Guests also receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile, with vehicle delivery directly to the property and concierge assistance for airport transfers. Options range from Cadillac Escalades and convertible Mercedes models to a Rolls Royce Dawn and Lamborghini Urus.

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar products indoors or outdoors. State-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department, and violations or false alarms may result in a $500 fee.
The property is located in a high brush fire zone under City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b. Utilities may be intermittently shut off by the state to help prevent wildfires, and no refunds will be issued in these cases.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.
5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
7) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.
8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
9) Please ensure you do not leave any belongings behind upon departure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If a lost item is found and shipped back, the guest will be responsible for shipping costs plus a $50 service fee.
10) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $95 service fee applies to all requests.
11) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. Pool heating: $250 per day of your reservation; hot tub is free.
12) All credit card payments are subject to a 3.55% processing fee shown at checkout, including additional services such as pre-stocking, mid-stay cleaning, and pool heating. The guest name must match the credit card used. International credit cards may incur an additional 1.5% fee after booking due to exchange rate differences, bringing the total to approximately 4.7%. Bank wire payments are available and must be arranged prior to booking.
13) To maintain the condition of the home, guests may not move or rearrange furniture without prior written approval. Unauthorized movement may result in additional fees for inspection, repositioning, or damages. Thank you for helping us keep the home in excellent condition for all guests.

We take cleaning seriously. Our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between stays, with white hotel-style linens, white towels, premium toiletries, and well-stocked kitchens with high-end appliances.
