The home has been completely renovated with high-end finishes, with everything brand new as of December 2024. Natural textures, thoughtful design, and open views create an atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming.
While fully reimagined, the renovation was intentionally respectful of the home’s Andalusian character, preserving original marble floors, traditional stonework, and select terrace tiles that root the design in its setting.
The experience begins as you drive through a quiet neighborhood and arrive at the end of the cul-de-sac, where the carport door opens to welcome you in. Ahead, the mountains rise; to your left, the sea glimmers through the windows. From the very first moment, there is a sense of arrival—calm, light-filled, and unmistakably special.
