Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment. LOUNGE/DINER - leading to a small terrace. Flat Screen TV with English/Spanish/French TV (+ many others). Air conditioning for heat and for cool air. BEDROOM 1 - Double bed, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobe and this bedroom looks out over to the terrace. BEDROOM 2 - Double bed and a Wardrobes with shelving (no hanging space). Separate kitchen with a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. A modern contempory shower room. The apartment is Southwest facing and overlooks the large communal swimming pool. The pool is open from the 15th June until 15th September. 08:00hrs - 14:00hrs and then re-opens at 16:00hrs - 20:00hrs You have use to the whole apartment. I am here on-site incase you need any information or help. The apartment is approx a 15 minute walk from Burriana Beach and very close to the Medical Centre in case of emergencies. You can walk to the town and the beach from here, but hiring a car would make it alot easier. Another alternative is the local bus service which is available from just down the road. THE BASICS - We supply toilet rolls for when you arrive, but other basics such as soap, washing powder, cleaning clothes etc., need to be purchased by the client. For your arrival we supply complimentary toiletries. For children of a young age, please be aware that this is on the 4th Floor. We have locks fitted on the outside doors for safety, but parents should always be responsible and will be accountable for any incidents occurred on the property.
