This set of housing consists of a main house for 6 persons and two independent extensions, one of 60m² for 4 and the other of 40m² for 2 persons. You enter the main house from the back, directly into the kitchen with adjoining dining terrace. Righthand there is the dining room with the living room opening onto the large South facing terrace. Above this room is a mezzanine with two single beds, as well as a bedroom with a large double bed, en-suite shower room and WC. Once passed the living room, a large hall with a study area leads to a bedroom with 2 approachable single beds, a bathroom and a toilet, both separate. The other 3 bedrooms are in the two independent extensions. One is accessible both from the outside but also from the inside, located on the basement level where is also the laundry room. It is measuring 60m² and houses a living room with American kitchen, a bedroom with king-size bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and a private toilet. The second annex of 40m² consists of a living room with open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, an integrated shower room and a separate WC.
There can be parked 4 cars on the 5000 m² plot, 3 of them under cover. Various activities are on offer there thanks to the beautiful swimming pool, the boules track and the table tennis table. You can appreciate your meals outside in the shade of the two terraces, or meet together for an aperitif around the swimming pool which is below the house.
