This nice villa has everything you want and more. Situated in an exclusive area only 200m from one of Nerja’ s best beaches, Burriana with many restaurants, bars and shops for your convenience. Not only do you have the beach on your doorstep, but your are only a 15 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Nerja town centre – home of the famous Balcon de Europa (a beautiful promenade). The villa itself has been decorated and fully furnished to a high standard. The separate spacious kitchen provides all the luxury you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge-freezer. The spacious living room has comfortable settees, a fireplace, satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. You will find air conditioning throughout the property. The villa has 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower). The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer on the entrance level. From the living room you have access to the barbecue area and private swimming pool. Tables, chairs, parasols and sun beds are all provided. Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at Eden Villa, good communication with Debby who arranged taxi transfers from Málaga Airport and back. The Villa had all we needed for 3 adults, but could easily sleep 6. The pool, and the various terraces, especially the roof terrace were all well used. The location is very good with access to the beach only 5 min walk and town centre 15 min walk. Very pleased with the Villa and would definitely return.
