Summary: Despite the name this is not a “palazzo” experience. A minimalist hotel room with the bare minimum of toiletries and very cluttered public space. I was in room 108 and woke before 5:30 am by excess noise in building. And then there is the cost of 12 euros for breakfast when they get the pastries from next door. A convenience but not worth the cost when you too can get at significantly less next door. Pistoia has other options
