HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. POOL HEATER/SPA: VERY IMPORTANT

5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

PARKING NOTES:
-No street parking is permitted. Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk. Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's/car owners' discretion. Some extra parking spots may be available for guests in Oakview Dr, Oakrise Lp, Oakmoss Loop, Oak Grn Lp, and Broak Oak Drive. Keep in mind that these spots are not reserved and may not be available. (Limit of 5 cars per house).
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and NO SUPPLY of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL:
All trash MUST be in a bag, tie it tight and fit within the bin provided. (If these requirements are not met the trash will not be picked up and will result in a violation being issued, and an extra $100 for the after-hour trash collection will be charged)
Please place the trash into the bench by the door every night, it will be collected every morning.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where the owner has to send someone out to fix, repair, mail or pay extra for cleaning.
