You can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) east along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Puente Romano to Marbella Town to the east or go west to Puerto Banús and beyond. Here you will be a stones throw from to the best sandy beaches, restaurants, beach clubs, bars and hangouts with a gym and tennis club and all the luxury that the Puente Romano has to offer. The property has on the entrance level an open plan living dining area with working fire place and French doors leading to a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sea views; separate fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area; two guest suites, one with an access to the terrace and a guest toilet.
