Summary: Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room. Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. Bar area was quiet but very pleasant, nice beer and a good pool table. WiFi was a bit weak and the lift had a mind of its own. No complaints at all, just subtle suggestions for improvement.
