Located in the safe and secure gated community of the famous San Roque Golf Club between the Old and New 18 hole Championship courses. The villa has direct access onto the front line of the 10th hole of the old course.
This excellently furnished 4 double bedroomed, 4 bathroom villa, is well located for golfers and families with children alike in a very quiet and peaceful location, making it a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sunshine. Walking distance to the San Roque clubhouse and 10 minutes’ drive to Sotogrande with it’s fantastic restaurants, beaches and other world class golf courses such as Valderrama, La Reserva and Royal Sotogrande. Guests will have full access to and sole use of the whole villa (other than the garage where some of the owners' personal belongings are stored).
