Spectacular 5 bedroom villa in the private and exclusive Monte Mayor community. Villa Condor is one of 4 villas in the Abantos Hills development, which was completed towards the end of 2019. The modern villa is fitted with all the latest home demotics and accessories, features intelligent home design, and offers exceptional views and integration with the natural world outside.
Through the front door of the villa, guests find themselves on the ground floor of the property. This floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, guest toilet, and several terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and like the living room, is open plan, giving a feeling openness and maximises the natural light that floods in through the large windows that make up a large portion of the south facing wall. The terraces enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views, furnished with lounge seating as well as dining table and chairs.
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a fireplace, SONOS speaker and smart TV. The entire property has A/C (heating and cooling) and has access to strong WIFI connection throughout. The property also includes an elevator that can take guests to all floors of the villa.
On the first floor, guests will find 3 ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the left and enjoys spectacular panoramic views from its corner windows. The windows in this room can be pushed into the wall, which does much to incorporate the inside with the outside world. Like all of the rooms in the villa, the master bedroom is luxuriously and tastefully furnished. The attached bathroom includes a separate bath and shower, underfloor heating and heat rail. There is also an abundance of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a private terrace with sun lounger. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and also includes underfloor heating and heat rail. The final bedroom on this floor is similar in size and has the same bathroom, and also enjoys sea views and gets a great deal of natural light through large south-west facing windows. The first floor also has a communal terrace that faces the north-east. It enjoys sun in the morning but stays much cooler in the afternoon. Guests venturing to the second floor will find an enormous rooftop terrace. Some of the best views can be seen from here, on clear days Gibraltar and Africa are easily visible.
Downstairs, guests will find an enormous clubroom (with direct access to the pool area), the laundry room, the fourth bedroom and its attached bathroom, a smaller room with sofa bed, and a private sauna and shower. The clubroom features a large smart tv, sound system, sofas, pool table, foosball table, and bar (with complimentary drinks). The sauna has a TV facing it, providing entertainment while it is being used. There is a separate toilet and shower nearby.
Outside, guests will find a large infinity heated swimming pool (additional fee for pool heating), sun loungers, BBQ and al-fresco dining area. There is also a hot tub for guests to enjoy while taking in the impressive views.
The fifth bedroom is ideal for guests travelling with older children or staff, as it is located outside of the main villa and is its own private suite with ensuite bathroom. It is a spacious room with plenty of wardrobe space and bathroom with shower.
