Villa fully air-conditioned, composed of a beautiful living room opening onto a large private terrace. You will also have 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and a children's room with 1 bunk bed. All rooms have a television and their own bathroom. There is a home cinema area with a sofa and a large television for your relaxation, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a small wine cellar.
In addition, there is a beautiful and large heated swimming pool of 7x13m nestled in a small corner of paradise that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with a peaceful environment.

To know the bottom of the villa is occupied by the owner who has pets (2 dogs and 2 cats)
A rental contract will be drawn up and signed before your arrival by mail or post at your convenience.

--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.
--> Clean and put away dishes and empty the dishwasher.
--> Clean the Appliances (Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine ...).
--> To make the Sanitary Clean.
--> To throw away or take away all the food that has been started.
In case the accommodation is returned dirty we will charge you the following fee: 250€ on departure in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.
In case of loss of keys and beep data, breakage of a key/beep or lock, the cost of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be charged to the traveler.
Parties are not allowed in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.
Animals are not allowed
No smoking inside the accommodation but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.
