Positive: Second time Alaya and just excellent. Occupancy a lot higher this time but you don't notice. Attention for space (pool, large floor plan) and a relaxing sphere (adults only) makes this hotel stand out. Personnel just exceptional. Special mention for Ayman (poolboy) and Mohamed (waiter pool). We will be back.

Negative: Always room for improvement: - Allow dressed shorts (bermuda) to further add to a relaxing, comfortable sphere (survey guests to know CX in this matter). Times change ... . - Very weak to no wifi in farthest pool. - Add premium alcohol brands (beer & liquor). You can do better than Gordon's Gin or Egyptian beer (Belgian Duvel f.e.!).
