Residing in a beautiful gated community, the resort features a large contemporary clubhouse with cabanas, extensive fitness centre, tennis, basket ball and volley ball courts, lagoon style swimming pool with beach entry (ideal for children and adults alike), a waterfall feature, lazy river, water slide and Jacuzzi, plus a children's playground and lawn. This villa is truly stunning, contemporary and luxurious. You will have a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. This beautifully presented two storey property includes contemporary and superior quality furnishings with designer bedding for a wonderful nights sleep after a busy day at the theme parks. The whole villa has been designed with comfort and style in mind for the discerning traveller. The open-plan aspect downstairs includes a large dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and family room leading onto the private pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and contains everything you will need during your stay. There are 2 large master bedrooms, each with king beds and large en-suite bathrooms, including twin basins, a bath tub and walk in shower facilities, plus 4 other bedrooms, each with bathroom facilities. Additional features of this stunning property include a large TV/movie room & work area and a fabulous games room, including an 8ft slate pool table, air hockey and foosball table, a dart board and table & bar stools. This is a large 28×14 ft private pool, also including a jacuzzi spa, with a screened pool deck, lanai area, modern patio furniture and sun loungers, can be heated in the winter months. The pool overlooks a quiet a conservation area, so it is extremely quiet and peaceful and not at all overlooked. In addition to this home easily accommodating up to 12 adults plus one baby, for families with young children we have provided two baby high chairs, travel cot/crib and stroller/pushchair. Linens and towels are also included. Complimentary WIFI included.
