## Access
You have access to the entire apartment
Arrivals are from 3pm to 9pm. We will welcome you in person.
If you wish to arrive after 9pm, please make a request to the Keeper in charge of the accommodation. A supplement of 15€ to be given in person will be asked to you for the handing-over of the keys.
Departures are at 11am at the latest.

## Neighborhood
Located between the Endoume district and the Pharo, the location offers the advantage of proximity to the city center combined with the calm of the neighborhood.
You overlook the Old Port, and can enjoy an unobstructed view of the entire city of Marseille in the Parc du Pharo (or Emile Ducaux) located just in front of the apartment.
Easy access by car or on foot. Proximity of the beaches (Plage des catalans, du Prado,...)

By walking 15 minutes to the Old Port, you will find all the following lines:

## Notes
IMPORTANT : INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES :
We wish to preserve the tranquility of the place and the state of the apartment, we expect our guests to pay attention and care to it! A meticulous inventory of fixtures will be made before and after your stay.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- Parties and evenings are strictly forbidden. If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No noise or rowdiness during late hours (after 10 pm). If these measures are not respected: 200 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No animals. If these measures are not respected and we find suspicious hairs or feathers: 150 € will be taken from the deposit.
- No more than 3 persons (some exceptions can be made only if agreed beforehand)
Any transgression of the rules, incivilities, damages, will immediately be the subject of a dispute and a request for deduction of your deposit from Airbnb (degraded housing, housing left very dirty, smell of cigarette, ashes or cigarette butts, complaint of the neighborhood, etc.)
IMPORTANT : CLEANING :
The cleaning fee includes:
- The complete cleaning before your arrival
- An inventory of fixtures
- Your welcome by a host. As well as his availability throughout your stay to help or guide you. Do not hesitate to send them all.
Your requests.
- The supply of household linen: sheets, towels, dish towels...
You will have at your disposal one towel per person, a complete set per bed, a bath mat and 2 dish towels.
(thank you not to use the sheets stored in the closets, they are intended for the next travelers) In case of unauthorized use of household linen an amount of 5 € per used element may be requested!
- The supply of basic consumables: toilet paper, household products, coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, soap, coffee and tea when possible (depending on the stock).
- The cleaning at the time of your departure
(ATTENTION the cleaning of departure does NOT include the DRINK which must be clean and tidy at the time of your departure, we also ask you to clear the house of your waste and throw away the dustbins).
Any need for extra cleaning time (dishes not done or apartment left extremely dirty or untidy) will also result in an extra charge on the cleaning fees via your deposit up to 20€/h extra charged by our provider.
