Positive: We were greeted by a very kind young man, so the communication was warm and pleasant, but the house itself was disappointing. It needs renovation. We stayed during winter, so we had problems with the cold. The house is very cold; it has air conditioners, but the one in the ground-floor bedroom barely worked. At night, the temperature inside the house dropped to 17 degrees. All air conditioners could only be set for six hours — during the night they turned off, and the house cooled down very quickly. There is a smell of mold in the house. The beds are uncomfortable. The yard is well maintained, with a large swimming pool. The kitchen has everything you might need; it is excellent. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality.
