The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

The Space:

The plot and the villa was selected and designed by the owner according to the principles of Feng Shui. That's why you feel in the approximately 210 sqm large villa with 120 sqm large sun terrace (covered with non-slip tiles) very comfortable and secure.
The approximately 46 square meters large dining area in the wonderful patio (with beautiful summer kitchen and BBQ area) is very shady and overlooked directly from the modern kitchen.
The 9 x 4.5m pool (no chemicals, depth 1,2o to 1.70 m) is especially suitable for sensitive and allergic skin.
The villa is located in a prime location in Spain and beyond known urbanization "Altea Hills". At the 4 star hotel (part of the exclusive residential area) is a spacious fitness room, sauna and spa.
The urbanization "Altea Hills" is guarded by a security service 24 hours (with cameras and car). Around the clock, so that you can perfectly stay safe in the house.
For renters, the following facilities are available:
Mainhouse pool level:
spacious living-dining room with kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 modern bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning and TV - german, french and spanish). Both bedrooms there is access to the pool-terrace.
Basement floor (only accessible via an outside staircase): small anteroom, 1 bedroom (with exit to a small terrace), 1 bathroom en-suite.
There is a spacious garage and parking space on the plot.
For the winter month there is a Sauna available for the tenants.
