Bienvenue dans notre maison que nous avons appelée « Clémentine ».
Après être tombés sous le charme des Alpilles , cela fut une évidence pour nous de vouloir y vivre dès notre retraite.
Après quelques mois de recherche, « Clémentine » s’est présentée à nous avec un emplacement à 5mn à pied du centre-ville de Saint Rémy de Provence , la capitale des Alpilles.
Proche de toutes les commodités , nous l’avons décoré avec notre touche personnelle .
Nous lui avons aménagé une nouvelle cuisine et l’avons agrémenté d’une piscine pour y passer de paisibles moments de détente.
Nous sommes heureux de vous la confier le temps de votre séjour pour y passer d’agréables moments , mais également comme point de départ de merveilleuses randonnées et/ou visites de sites d’exception».(voir photos)
Cette charmante villa ans vous accueille pour un séjour de "sérénité" et "farniente".
Sur un terrain de 600 m2, avec ses terrasses aménagées au nord et au sud ainsi qu'un espace relaxant à l'ombre de l'olivier proche de la piscine ( 3x6m au sel) , sécurisée par un volet roulant.
Une douche solaire se trouve à proximité.
Pour les voitures électriques ou hybrides, une prise dédiée à leur recharge est mise à
disposition gratuitement sous le carport.
La cuisine donne un accès direct à l'espace extérieur , où l'ombre amené par la pergola invite à utiliser grill ou plancha.
La villa dispose de :
- Trois chambres doubles dont une chambre parentale climatisée ( douche, WC, lavabo)
- Une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne, vasque et lave linge
- Un 2ème WC séparé
- Un espace de vie climatisé comprenant une grande salle à manger pour 6 convives et un agréable séjour cocooning avec télé et connexion wifi.
Cette charmante villa se situe proche des commerces, boulangerie, restaurants ...
Elle est un point de départ idéal pour des randonnées à pied, en vélo ou en voiture dans les Alpilles et ses environs (Les Baux de Provence,Aix en Provence, Marseille, Arles, Avignon, l'Isle sur la Sorgue...)
