Located on a beautiful new development that includes a breathtaking crystal lagoon, a Chiringuito beach bar on an island, several beaches, an a la carte restaurant, a gym, 18 hole mini golf, putting practice green, and sports courts.
A resort like no other
The villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard. Outside on the ground floor, you have a private plunge pool and a large terrace area with lounge seating and an outdoor shower.
On the ground floor, there is a relaxing lounge area with LED TV, a 4-seat dining space and the kitchen. There is also a bedroom which can be set up as a twin or a double room. A garden with outdoor seating for two and a breakfast table can be accessed from this bedroom. Finally, a large bathroom with walk-in shower is situated on the ground floor.
The first floor includes a bedroom with a King Size bed and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom includes his and hers sinks. The first floor also has separate access onto a large dining terrace with a large table capable of comfortably seating 10 (set up for 8 in photo - can be extended)
The basement has a large lounge area with 75-inch Samsung LED TV. Sit back and watch your favourite film on a large u-shaped sofa which can convert into a huge sofa bed. The space also includes an indoor dining area for 6, a reading area with wine racks and another bedroom which can again be made up as a twin or double. Finally, another luxurious bathroom with walk in shower is situated in the basement. The basement benefits from natural light and ventilation from windows onto the ground floor.
The area:
The villa is 25 minutes from Murcia International Airport and 60 minutes from Alicante Airport. There are 17 golf courses within 30km and you have a huge number of cafes, bars and restaurants all within a short tax ride.
The traditional port City of Cartegena is just 20 mins away where you can immerse yourself in Spanish and Roman culture (with its Roman Amphitheatre. The beaches of Los Alcazares are just 10 mins away by car.
Whether golfing, cycling, travelling with family or on a romantic break, the villa, resort and area has something for everyone.
You have the entire villa and private pool to yourself. The lagoon is for residents only and 6 access bands are included in your stay. More can be hired at a cost from the resort. The access bands also get you exclusive access to the gym. The Chiringuito bar (on an island on the lagoon) is also for residents only (open from April to October). The wristbands get you access to this bar. La Reserva restaurant, bar and terraces are open to all.
The resort is still in development so some background noise can be heard at times and other beautiful homes are being built on the resort with other plots waiting to be started.

Swimming in the lagoon is not permitted in winter months but the beaches are open.
