Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private swimming pool located in the best and most desirable area of Ciudad Quesada, in a quiet street but at the same time just 5 minutes walk from the nearest amenities and 10 minutes walk to the centre and the main street.
You enter the villa through a wonderfully spacious mediterranean garden with lots of privacy surrounded by beautiful trees and plants, then you have the private swimming pool, BBQ area, outdoor seating area and covered parking for at least 2 cars.
Inside you have a spacious glazed terrace with large window bays that can be fully opened or closed as you wish, with a dining and a seating area with views of the beautiful garden. Then you have the spacious living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. With separate access you have two further double bedrooms one of them with an en-suite shower room.
