Welcome to our beautiful 130m² house, perfect for accommodating up to 13 people.
Its name "iluka" is an Aboriginal word meaning "between land and sea".
Ideally located for easy exploration of the entire Arcachon Bay area, this house offers all the necessary amenities for a memorable holiday with family or friends "between land and sea" indeed 😉

*Peaceful Atmosphere: In order to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED and outside noise must remain at a reasonable level and compatible with a very quiet residential area.
Music is not allowed outdoors and all outdoor noise must be very limited from 9:30 pm.

- Charging electric vehicles with indoor or outdoor outlets is prohibited (high risk of damage or fire to the home's electrical system, which has not been designed for this). Fortunately, there are many fast charging stations nearby 🙂 Any damage resulting from failure to comply with this rule will be entirely at the expense of the guests (the connected electricity meter sends notifications in case of electric car charging).
- Wifi should never be disabled as it is necessary for controlling the heat pumps for hot water, heating or cooling, fire alarms, etc…
- The tenant must remain reachable by phone or message during their stay, in case…
- End-of-stay cleaning is included; we simply ask that you leave the kitchen area and griddle clean and put your rubbish in the containers provided on site 😊
