A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out.

This end unit townhouse was renovated with hardwood floor on stairs, bedrooms, and all upstairs, the house is now carpet-free. It can accommodate 8 persons, it includes a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, it has an open-space kitchen, dinning and living room, a large private screened-in patio with private Jacuzzi.
The coffee maker is a regular coffee machine using 12 cups round paper filter.
We provide kitchen essentials but not cooking oil due to too many types to choose from.

This is a self-catering property. Once any initial supplies have been used you will need to replace such items as trash bags, soaps, detergents, shampoo, paper products, etc. if you need more.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage.
OUR ASKS:
- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.

- No pets or animal hair are allowed under any circumstances due to severe allergies. Unauthorized pets will result in a $100 charge per pet, per night.
- No illegal activity or drug use. Violations will be reported to local authorities.
- Do not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in penalties and reservation cancellation.

- Do not stain linens, towels, or other fabrics. Stained items will incur an additional cleaning fee or, if necessary, replacement and restocking charges.
