The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all quality appliances and leads into a spacious dining room and living room with direct access to a terrace and stunning garden.
The first floor features a fabulous master bedroom with lounge/dressing area and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The master suite leads out to a terrace with superb La Concha views. To the right of the master suite, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. To the left of the master suite, you will find another double bedroom with ensuite- shower.
On the Basement level, there are two double bedrooms. Both bedrooms share one bathroom and a walk-in closet. There are a laundry room and storeroom on the same floor as well as huge garage.
The private pool can be heated upon request at an
additional cost and there is a Gazebo/Bar area perfect for entertaining friends and family. The heated pool gives the opportunity to take a swim all year round as you have many sunny days during the winter period that you can easily spend by the pool. There is a separate BBQ area and plenty of space to enjoy Al-Fresco dining.
