This 2700 sqft 5 bed 4 bath private pool home is located with a south west facing pool, the home is furnished to a high standard and is in the gated Cypress Pointe community. The 5 bedrooms are all spacious and the master on the first floor is a king whilst the master on the second is a queen bed, there are two twin rooms and another queen so plenty of options for your group and of course the rooms all come with TVs and extra bedding. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and has plenty of work top space, living area is very nice and has a large flat screen and plenty of seating for you all to watch something together. Washer and dryer are located in their own room just off the kitchen and you will find the iron, ironing board and vacuum there also in case you need them. Last but certainly not least is the games room with a pool table and air hockey, the home is really a good option for you and one to consider. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day(capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the online registration and check in.
