We welcome you to our home in Davenport, located just 14 miles from the Most Magical Place On Earth, Disney! You'll find a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with everything you need as well as a table of four, and dining room for meals and family game nights. An inviting living room with a 70" 4K TV and a garage game room with pool table, ping pong and foosball. Outside on the lanai, swim in your private pool or enjoy a soothing soak in the attached spa. You'll also find a table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as few chaise lounges to take in the breathtaking view of nature. The five bedrooms are spaced out with this home including one by the front door offering front yard views, the primary bedroom with en suite bath adjacent to the kitchen, a queen room with an additional en suite bath, full bedroom and two themed kid-friendly rooms with LED lights with shared bathroom with outside door to pool.
Nearby you will find shopping within 5 minutes drive: Publix, CVS/Walgreens, McDonalds (24hr), Chilis, Papa Johns, Dunkin' Doughnuts, chinese takeout/delivery etc, a bank and gas station. We have four championship golf courses within immediate vicinity, we are just 5 minutes from Interstate 4 for great Disney and major attractions access.
