Our property is fully cleaned and sanitized according to the guidelines of CDC and VRHP/VRMA after each check out. You can book with us with confidence! Please note: because of the stronger sanitizer we are using, you may notice a bit of smell when you check in.
This 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom house is located in one of the best locations of the highly desirable Regal Oaks Resort. Nestled in a quiet spot away from common areas of the resort, it has the most magnificent water front view. Renovated and furnished in 2019, it has a screened patio with private Jacuzzi and luxurious patio furniture. The house faces a beautiful lake. You will often see DEER wondering around the water! The house is totally carpet-free so that you don`t need to worry about allergies. It is our goal and top priority to make sure this place is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We provide high quality furniture, luxurious bedding, good cookware, and kitchen/dining supplies. We also provide children’s furniture (high chair, Pack’n Play, stools) and Disney theme toys.
Don’t forget to utilize the facilities provided by the resort, especially the heated pool for old and young.
LIVING SPACE:
The living room is designed to maximize comfort and convenience and ensure that there is plenty of room for you and your whole family. It has a comfortable leather sofa, coffee table with additional seating, and a 75” smart TV.
The lanai is a perfect place to relax, whether you want to enjoy the jacuzzi hot tub or simply enjoy the beautiful lake view and the bright Florida sunshine.
KITCHEN:
Dine comfortably at our spacious dining room table with your whole family! Our kitchen was remodeled with quartz counter tops, a beautiful backsplash, and a brand new sink and faucets in 2019. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the cookware and dining supplies that you and your family may need. We provide pots, pans, blender, mixing bowls, kettle, oven tray, mitts, and more. A Keurig coffee machine with k-cups is provided with initial supply of coffee pods. In an effort to reduce your need to purchase plastic water bottles, an H2O pure water filter system with double filters has been installed for your convenience.
ENTERTAINMENT:
In addition to the 75” smart TV in the living room, there are 4 more smart TVs in our home (one in each bedroom). Wifi is available throughout the home and a cellphone/tablet charging station is also provided.
BEDROOMS:
Our 4-bedroom home has 1 ensuite bedroom on the first floor (perfect for any family members who may have difficulty walking upstairs) and 3 bedrooms on the second floor (including the master bedroom with an ensuite and private balcony). Each bedroom is fully furnished with luxury bedding, a smart TV, dresser, and closet, and are beautifully decorated to make you feel at home!
LITTLE ONES:
To help families with young children, we have included a high chair, booster seat, pack ’n play with mattress, baby bathtub, as well as a kids step stool.
ADDITIONAL:
For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer, an iron, an ironing board, multiple hair dryers, bath towels and pool towels are provided for all guests. The pool towels can be used at the resort clubhouse’s swimming pool but must be brought back to our house after use. An optional private propane BBQ grill is also available for your use (additional fee). Please use responsibly for your safety.
RESORT:
During your stay, you will have full access to the beautiful Regal Oaks Resort and all its amenities, free of charge! With the resort’s 24-hour on-site security, you will be sure to feel at ease during your holiday, while the recreational activities available are sure to create a playful and relaxing environment for the whole family. The resort has heated swimming pools, a jacuzzi, water slides, and a poolside bar – perfect for hours of family fun outdoors under the sun. The Regal Oaks Clubhouse (only a few minutes walk from the home) is the hub of the resort, which includes features for adults and children alike. Enjoy the use of the fitness center and tennis courts and grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and mini market. The business center is also available for any desktop access or printing needs.
A private propane BBQ grill is provided on the patio for family use. Please operate the grill responsibly and follow all safety instructions for your safety and the safety of others. A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out.

- Uber taxi service door-to-door to Disney.
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the home. Guests will also have free unlimited access to Regal Oaks Resort’s fabulous amenities.

Jacuzzi maintenance is weekly, A/C maintenance and pest control are monthly. A service persons normally access the jacuzzi from the patio door without entering the house, but they may have to enter the house for A/C maintenance or pest control during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. Stores are just 5 minutes away.
Garbage Collection
Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property on monthly basis to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.
OUR ASKS:
- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.
