Located in Terra Verde Resort, a private gated community, just 7 miles from Disney World and close to Universal and SeaWorld Theme Parks. Enjoy peace and serenity at this newly updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa right on the lake. This villa also contains a heated, in-ground private pool for your enjoyment.
Amenities of this villa include a full kitchen with appliances, smart televisions in each room, washer and dryer in house, central air-conditioning, parking in-front of property, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to all amenities of Terra Verde Resort.
Terr Verde Resort includes a community pool, heated sauna, movie theater, arcade, gym, volleyball court, basketball court, miniature golf course, pool-side bar and grill, and meeting room.
Housekeeping/Safety Rules & Precautions:
⁃ Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. If this is violated, the sheriff's office will be notified.
⁃ No parties/events allowed.
⁃ No pets allowed.
⁃ No smoking indoors/outdoors. An additional $150 fee will be charged per day of violation.
⁃ Please do not set thermostat below 70°F or above 75°F. An additional $50 fee will be charged per day of violation.
⁃ For safety precautions, we have two cameras on the villa in the pool area and at the front entrance doorway.
⁃ Our villa does have stairs. One bedroom and one bathroom are downstairs for easy accessibility.
