The completely private property is located at the entrance to a village dating from the 9th century in a wine-growing area. The place invites you to relax and a large swimming pool will allow you to cool off on hot summer days. A large flower garden as well as a stream (the Napoleon canal) runs alongside the grounds and gives it a romantic air. The property has several fruit trees: grapefruit, lemons, oranges, cherries and peaches.
The villa is very bright and composed of open air. On the ground floor, you will find a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room opening onto the terrace and fitted with 2 sofa beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a WC and the laundry room.
