Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath private pool home located in the gated community of The Manors of Westridge less than 20 minutes from Disney theme parks. This charming fully furnished and pet friendly home is a great place to stay when visiting the Orlando, Florida-Disney area. Fully air conditioned private south facing pool home. House designed with disabled guests in mind that features a pool railing for easy access in and out of the private pool, electric reclining sofas and no carpet for easy access around with a wheel chair.

Fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Also has toaster, coffee maker, microwave and more. New wood dining room table and chairs which seats 8 guests and there are 2 additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. Full size washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi is also provided so you can browse the local web and plan out your days. There is a small work desk with a monitor to extend your laptop screen and guest can park 1 car in the garage. The living room sofas seat 5 and 4 of the seats are recliners.
The pool area has a screened enclosure. Pool heat is available for an additional cost in the cooler months. After a day at the parks or golf course relax on the covered lanai with a table and plenty of comfy chairs. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink while soaking in the pool. Adults and kids alike will love the private beautiful true south facing pool to enjoy with no rear neighbors.
There is a 65” ROKU TV in the family room and flat screen Roku TV's in every bedroom. Everyone can enjoy the free wireless internet and have free local calls. The entire house is tiled which is better for guests with allergies, walking on canes, or driving/riding wheelchairs. One story makes it comfy for everyone.
This is a pet friendly home which allows 2 small dogs under 10lbs. Dogs must be in crates when away and on a leash at all times when walking.
Cats are also allowed 2 max under 10lbs but must be kept in crates at all times.
2 Pets max and daily pet fee and extra pet deposit is required. Pet owners must be responsible and clean up after their pets . Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
